Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
To keep things running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please review the following:
Deposit & Booking: A deposit is required to book your session and a card must be provided at checkout. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will result in loss of the deposit.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session to stay on schedule. The full scheduled time will still be charged.
