I’m Johnny, a licensed massage therapist and former service member with a passion for helping people feel and function better. My journey into massage therapy started while working as a personal trainer — I wanted an additional way to support my clients beyond movement and exercise. That passion led me to pursue massage therapy after moving to South Carolina in 2019, and I’ve been expanding my scope of practice ever since.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2009 to 2014. It was during that time that my interest in fitness, recovery, and body mechanics really took shape. After several years working as a trainer in Massachusetts, I transitioned into massage therapy and became licensed after moving to South Carolina. I began offering in-home sessions and later joined Lexington Spinal Care, where I spent about a year providing therapeutic massage in a clinical setting.
In 2021, I rejoined the military through the Coast Guard. Even while serving, I continued to offer massage therapy independently and obtained my Georgia license.
Now that I’m back in the area, I’m excited to return to providing personalized massage care — focused on real results, not just relaxation. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from stress or injury, or just want to move and feel better, my mission is to deliver high-quality, professional care that truly makes a difference.
